  • Do you have insurance ?
    Yes we are fully insured.
  • What happens if a speaker or light fails?
    We always backup all of our equipment and our staff is trained to handle any technical emergency quickly and efficiently.
  • Do you need a deposit?
    Yes. All events are not confirmed until we've recieved a deposit and signed service agreement.
  • Is gratuity included ?
    Gratuity is not included but greatly appreciated for a job well done.
  • What time will you arrive?
    Our arrival time is based on the availabilty of the venue and how many services we are providing. Most setup times will range between 1-2 hours before the event start time.
  • Do you charge for setting up and breaking down?
    We do not charge for setup or break-down time.
